Abstract

Darba vides risku ietekme un problēmas darbā ar optisko kabeli, , 82 lappuses, 32 attēli, 24 tabulas, 44 literatūras avoti, 5 pielikumi. Latviešu valodā. Latvijā nav veikti pētījumi par problēmām un slodzēm nodarbinātajiem, kuri veic optiskās kabeļu šķiedras metināšanas darbus, kaut arī Latvijā nodarbinātajiem , kuri veic šos darbus darba slodze divas reizes pārsniedz rekomendējamo/ pielaujamo normu. Optisko kabeļu tehniķus ietekmē fizikālie, ķīmiskie, bioloģiskie, mehāniskie, fiziskie un psihoemocionālie darba vides riski, bet galvenās problēmas un ietekme uz nodarbināto darbaspējām un arodveselību saistīta ar fizisko un psihoemocionālo pārslodzi. Galvenie pasākumi darba vides risku mazināšanai optisko kabeļu tehniķim ir darba slodzes samazināšana, metināmo optisko šķiedru skaita samazinājums vienas maiņas laikā, ergonomisku darba apstākļu uzlabošana, darba uzdevumu plānošana un darbinieku savstarpēja rotācija, pašnodarbināto personu darbības reglamentēšana. The main activities of the working environment to reduce the risks of fiber optic technicians is a reduction in workload, welding optical fibers decrease in the number of one shift, ergonomic working conditions, work order scheduling and employee mutual rotation, self – regulation activities.
