A/S "Grindex" saimnieciskās darbības analīze

Abstract

Diplomdarba aktualitāti pamato uzņēmuma finanšu analīzes un attīstības perspektīvu novērtēšanas nepieciešamība. Šī analīze dod vērtīgu informāciju par uzņēmuma finansiālo pozīciju. Uzņēmuma darbība ir jānovērtē, aprēķinot un analizējot finanšu koeficientus. Diplomdarba pirmajā nodaļā autore izpētīja uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības teorētiskos iekšējās vides (akcijas sabiedrība, misija, mērķi, vīzija, uzņēuma struktūra un produktu virzīšana tirgū) un ārējās vides (konkurenti, SVID analīze, sadales kanāli un patērētāji) aspektus. Otrā nodaļa veltīta A/S Grindex saimnieciskās darbības analīzei, kas iekļauj uzņēmējdarbības raksturojumu un finanšu analīzi. Trešajā nodaļā autore ir veikusi A/S Grindex darbības salīdzinošo analīzi ar konkurentiem.

Diploma work actuality is grounded by an estimation of analysis of enterprise finances and development prospects necessity. This analysis gives valuable information for the enterprise financial position. In the diploma work first department an author probed the enterprise economic actions in theoretical the internal environments (action public, mission, purposes, vision, company’s structure and send of products in a market) and aspects of the external environment (competitors, SVID analysis, distribution channels and users). The second department is dedicated the analysis of the A/S Grindex economic action, what includes the analysis of entrepreneurial activity descriptions and financial. In the third department an author has executed the A/S Grindex action comparing analysis with competitors.
