Botulīna toksīna pielietošanas iespēju izvērtēšana barības vada ahalāzijas ārstēšanā.

Abstract

Botulotokšina injekcija sfinkterī pacientiem ar ahālaziju tiek ieteikta kā alternatīva metode dilātacijai ar balona dilatatoru. Šī pētījuma mērķis ir pārbaudīt botulotokšina injekciju efecktivitāti ahālazijas pacientiem, salīdzinot ar citām metodēm.

Pētījuma mērķis Salīdzinat endoskopiskās ārstēšanas iespējas pacientiem ar ahālaziju. Pētījuma glavenais mērķis ir retrospektīvu datu analīze, kuri iegūti laika posmā no 1999.- 2005. gadam un salīdzinat ahālazijas pacientus. Kuri ārstēti ar botulotokšina injekciju ar pacientiem, kuri ārstēti ar citu ārstnieciskās endoskopijas metodi P Stradiņa Klīniskajā universitātes slimnīcā, Gastroenteroloģijas centrā, Endoskopijas nodaļā.

Background It has been suggested that intrasphincteric injection of botulinum toxin (disport) may represent an alternative therapy to balloon dilatation in achalasia. The aim of the present study was to test the effectiveness of botulinum toxin injections in achalasia patients, and to compare the response in patients with different types.

Aim of the study To compare the possibilities of endoscopic treatment of achalasia. General aim of the study was to make retrospective data analysis (1999-2005) from patients with achalasia treated with Botulin toxin injections in comparison with other endoscopic treatment in P. Stradina Clinical University Hospital Gastroenterology Center, Endoscopy Department.
