Pacientu aprūpe operācijas laikā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs “Pacientu aprūpe operācijas laikā” izstrādāts LU Medicīnas fakultātes Veselības zinātņu bakalaura studiju programmas ietvaros. Kā teorētiskais pamats izmantota V. Hendersones pamatvajadzību teorija. Prasmīga pozicionēšana operāciju laikā palīdz novērst iespējamos audu bojājumus un ietekmē pēcoperācijas aprūpi. Pētījuma mērķis ir izvērtēt metodes un jaunākās tehnoloģijas, kas palīdz saglabāt ādas veselumu operācijas laikā. Pētījuma veikšanai izmantota kvantitatīvi, kvalitatīvā novērošanas metode. Kā novērošanas metodes instruments izstrādāts novērošanas protokols, kurā atzīmēta iegūto datu informācija par pielietotajām pozicionēšanas metodēm un aizsardzības ierīcēm. Analizējot pētījumā rezultātus, var secināt, ka pētāmā grupā tiek lietoti gēla paliktņi, kā vieni no efektīvākajiem ādas integritātes saglabāšanas materiāliem.

Bachelor’s work “Patients’ care during a surgical operation” is developed in Medicine Faculty of LU in Bachelor study program of Health science. As a theoretical background is used V. Henderson’s Basic Needs Theory in nursing. Safe positioning of patients during surgical procedures helps to prevent potential tissue damages and influences postoperative care. Purpose of this study is to evaluate methods and newer technologies that help to prevent pressure ulcers during surgical procedures. Study uses quantitative and qualitative observation methods. As an observation’s methods instrument was developed observation’s protocol where acquired data is recorded of used positioning methods and preventive devices. Results of the study show, that fitted gel pads are widely used and are the most effective materials to prevent pressure ulcers.
