Socioloģijas bakalaura programmas studentu karjeras plānošana

Abstract

Bakalaura darba „Socioloģijas bakalaura programmas studentu karjeras plānošana” mērķis bija izpētīt, kā studenti plāno savu karjeru un faktorus, kuri ietekmē viņu karjeras veidošanos. Tika izvirzītas hipotēzes, ka studentiem ir nepietiekošas zināšanas un izpratne par: 1.sociologu profesiju, 2.iespējamām darba vietām ar socioloģiju saistītās profesijās, 3.prasmēm, zināšanām, iemaņām, kādas ir nepieciešamas darbam ar socioloģiju saistītās profesijās. Pētījuma objekts ir 3. un 4. kursa studenti. Pētījuma metode ir aptaujas anketa. Kopējais aptaujāto respondentu skaits bija 70. Pirmā pētījuma hipotēze netika apstiprināta pilnībā – studentu zināšanu pašvērtējums ir 0,62 punkti. Otrā hipotēze tika apstiprināta, bet trešā tika apstiprināta daļēji - studenti atzīst, ka viņiem trūkst lietišķās iemaņas un prasmes.

The aim of the bachelor work „Planning the career of sociology bachelor program students” was to investigate how students are planning their career and what factors affect their career formation. Hypotheses of work are that students don’t have enough knowledge and understanding about: 1.profession of sociologist; 2.possible places of work connected with sociology; 3.skills, knowledge, acquirements which are essential for work connected with sociology. The object of research is 3. and 4. years students. Research method is questionnaire. Amount of respondents are 70. In work was tested usability of Jacob Alsted model of motivation in analyzing planning the career of students. The firs hypothesis has not attested – students knowledge self-esteem is 0,62 points. Second hypothesis has attested. Third, only partly – students think that they lack applied acquirements and skills.
