Sociālā darbinieka loma starpprofesionāļu komandā cilvēktirdzniecības upuru rehabilitācijas procesā

Abstract

Diplomdarba temats ir sociālā darbinieka loma starpprofesionāļu komandā cilvēku tirdzniecības upuru rehabilitācijas procesā. Šī darba mērķis ir pētīt un pamatot sociālā darbinieka lomu starpprofesionāļu komandā cilvēku tirdzniecības upuru rehabilitācijas procesā. Darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām un astoņām apakšnodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tika analizēts cilvēku tirdzniecības jēdziens un cilvēku tirdzniecības cēloņi un veicinošie faktori. Otrā nodaļā tika pētīta komandas darba nozīme sociālajā darbā, sociālā darbinieka loma starpprofesionāļu komandā cilvēku tirdzniecības upuru rehabilitācijā un komandas locekļu kompetences. Trešajā nodaļā autore analizēja sociālās rehabilitācijas programmas Latvijā. Ceturtajā nodaļā autore analizē pētījumā iegūto informāciju: veic cilvēku tirdzniecības upuru interviju analīzi un starpprofesionāļu komandā iesaistīto speciālistu interviju analīzi. Veicot pētījumu, autore pamato sociālā darbinieka lomu starpprofesionāļu komandā, komandas nozīmi cilvēku tirdzniecības upuru rehabilitācijā un starpprofesionāļu komandas stiprās un vājās puses. Darba nobeigumā tiek apkopoti secinājumi par paveikto.

Diploma topic is „Role of social worker within inter-team at the process of rehabilitation for trafficked people”. This work aims is to investigate and substantiate the social worker role in inter-team trafficked rehabilitation process. The work consists of four chapters and eight subdivisions. The first chapter presented an analysis of the concept of human trafficking and trafficking in human beings causes and contributing factors. The second section was investigated in a team based role in social work, social worker role in inter-team of trafficking victims and the rehabilitation team members' competencies. In the third chapter the author has analyzed the social rehabilitation program in Latvia. In the fourth chapter the author analyzes the information obtained in the study: the effects of human trafficking victims interview analysis and inter-team of professionals involved in the interview analysis. During the study, the author justifies the social worker role in inter-team, the team the importance of rehabilitation of victims of human trafficking and inter-team strengths and weaknesses. The summary of conclusions is summarized on the follow-up.
