Latvijas rūpniecības attīstības tendences un perspektīvas

Abstract

Rūpniecības nozare ir viena no nozīmīgākajām Latvijas tautsaimniecības nozarēm, bez kuras izaugsmes nav iespējama Latvijas tautsaimniecības kompleksā attīstība un sekmīga integrācija Eiropas Savienībā. Darba aktualitāti nosaka pašreizējais rūpniecības nozares attīstības līmenis un tā izaugsmes potenciālās iespējas. Izstrādātais darbs orientēts uz Latvijas ekonomiskās stabilitātes nostiprināšanu atbilstoši Latvijas nacionālajām interesēm un Eiropas Savienības prasībām izveidot racionālu un efektīvu tautsaimniecības struktūru. Darbā izstrādāti priekšlikumi rūpniecības nozares attīstībai turpmākajā desmitgadē, ņemot vērā rūpniecības kā vienas no nozīmīgākajām tautsaimniecības nozarēm, integrāciju Eiropas Savienībā. Promocijas darbā izvirzīto praktisko priekšlikumu realizācija var nodrošināt: 1. Rūpniecības nozares ieguldījumu iekšzemes kopprodukta pieaugumu robežās no 20 līdz 25% tuvākajos 10 gados. 2. Latvijas ražojumu konkurentspējas paaugstināšanu Eiropas Savienības un trešo valstu tirgos, attiecīgi samazinot Latvijas ārējās tirdzniecības negatīvo bilanci. 3. Latvijas ārējās tirdzniecības bilances sakārtošana, samazinot tās deficītu. 4. Globalizācijas procesu negatīvās ietekmes samazināšana uz Latvijas tautsaimniecību, tajā pašā laikā izmantojot šā procesa pozitīvās ietekmes tautsaimniecisko efektivitāti. 5. Samazināt bezdarba līmeni Latvijā, to tuvinot Eiropas Savienības dalībvalstu vidējiem rādītājiem. 6. Paaugstināt iedzīvotāju dzīves līmeni un reālo pirktspēju Latvijā kopumā un atsevišķos tās reģionos. Iedzīvotāju minimālajiem ieņēmumiem jābūt vismaz iztikas minimuma līmenī. 7. Veicināt reģionālo disproporciju samazināšanos atsevišķu Latvijas reģionu ekonomiskajā un sociālajā izaugsmē.

The author of the Doctor's thesis "The Development Trends and Prospects of Industrv of Latvia" deals with one of the most important branches of the national economv of Latvia - industrv. Industrv is the crucial branch for the complex development of the national economv, as well as its successful integration in the European Union. The topicalitv of this work is determined by the current industrial development and the potential for its upgrovvth. The present work is tended tovvards strengthening the economic stabilitv of Latvia in accordance with its national interests and requirements of the European Union to develop a rational and efficient structure of national economv. The author has laid down proposals for the development of industrv vvithin the period of coming ten years, taking into account the integration of industrv, which is one of the most important branches of national economv, into the European Union. The implementation of the practical proposals suggested in this Doctor's thesis may ensure the following: 1. VVithin the next 10 years, the contribution of the branch of industry in GDP ranging from 20 to 25%. 2. Raising the competitiveness of Latvian production in EU marķēts and the marķēts of the third countries alongside with an adequate decrease in the negative balance of the Latvian foreign trade 3. Readjustment of the Latvian foreign trade balance by reducing its deficit 4. Reducing the negative effects of the globalisation processes upon the Latvian national economy alongside with making use of the economic efficiency of the positive effects of this phenomenon 5. Reducing the unemplovment Ievel in Latvia approximating it to the average Ievel of EU member states 6. Raising the living Standard and paving capacity of inhabitants of Latvia in general, as well as in some certain reģions in particular. The minimum income of inhabitants must reach at least the Ievel of living-wage 7. Promotion of reducing regional disproportions in the economic and social development in several reģions of Latvia
