Abstract

Promocijas darba mērķis ir izstrādāt teorētiski pamatotu modeli tehnisko un netehnisko prasmju integrētai apguvei topošo kuģu vadītāju sagatavošanās procesā un to aprobēt. Darbā analizēta izziņas darbība, izziņas darbības process inženiertehnisko speciālistu sagatavošanās procesā. Izstrādāts integrēts tehnisko un netehnisko prasmju apguves modelis un attiecīgie kritēriji un rādītāji tā empīriskai pārbaudei. Darbā izstrādāta empīriskā pētījuma organizācija, veikta pirms eksperimenta situācijas izpēte, ņemot vērā iegūtos rezultātus, pilnveidots studiju kursa saturs. Veikts eksperiments, apkopoti, analizēti un interpretēti empīriskā pētījumā iegūtie rezultāti. Pierādīts, ka eksperimentā izmantotais integrētais tehnisko un netehnisko prasmju apguves modelis paaugstina netehnisko prasmju apguves līmeni lielākoties tendenču līmenī. Pētījumā konstatēts topošo kuģa vadītāju vērtējuma un pašvērtējuma tuvināšanās un pirms un pēc eksperimenta mērījumos.

The aim of this doctoral thesis is to develop and integrate a theory-based model technical and non-technical skill acquisition for future officer in charge of navigational watch and to approbate it. In the thesis analyzed the cognitive study process, as well as the cognitive aspect during the preparation process of engineering specialists. Developed an integrated technical and non-technical skill acquisition model with the criteria and indicators for its empirical verification. In the thesis was developed empirical research organization, situation assessment studies were conducted before the experiment, obtained further content development for the study course. An experiment was conducted and the results of the empirical study were collected, analyzed and accordingly interpreted. It is proved that the integrated technical and non-technical skill acquisition model used in the experiment increases the level of non-technical skills mostly by trend. The study found a significant improvement of future officer in charge of navigational watch self-evaluation and professional evaluation both before and after the experiments.
