Nav noliedzams, ka naudai ir ļoti liela nozīme un līdz ar to arī saprotams, ka bijuši krāpnieki, kas to vēlējušies izmantot savā labā. Arī Latvijas Republikas teritorijā laika posmā no 1919. gada līdz 1922. gadam naudas viltošana ir aktuāls jautājums. Bakalauradarbs veltīts šīs krāpniecības problemātikas izpētei. Lai izprastu naudas viltošanas būtību pilnībā, ieskicēta arī monetārā situācija attiecīgajā laika posmā. Par pamatu bakalauradarbam izmantotivēstures avoti kombinācijā ar vēsturnieku viedokļiem par naudas viltošanas veidiem., tādējādi iegūstot pēc iespējas plašāku ieskatu tematā. Bearing in mind that money has always played an important role in the society, it is understandable that there have been records of counterfeit money. This research is devoted to the issue of immitation currency during the period of 1918 to 1922in Latvia. The focus is placed on following the monetary situation in Latvia during the period and understanding the instances of counterfeit money being actually used. The study explores the issue of such forgery, by combining the ideas of historians with historical sources to represent the matter as carefully as possible.
