Lielbritānijas izstāšanās no Eiropas Savienības un tā ietekme uz Latvijas Republikas valstspiederīgajiem

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs “Lielbritānijas izstāšanās no Eiropas Savienības un tā ietekme uz Latvijas Republikas valstspiederīgajiem” ir pētījums par līdz šim nebijušu gadījumu, kad kāda no ES dalībvalstīm vēlas izstāties no ES. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt arī analīzēt tiesiskās attiecības starp ES un Lielbritāniju, kas radušās sakarā ar ES dalībvalsts – Lielbritānijas izstāšanos no ES un tās ietekmi uz Latvijas Republikas valstspiederīgajiem. Darba uzdevumi: 1.Apzināt vēsturisko situāciju un Lielbritānijas izstāšanās ES norises tiesisko procedūru; 2.Veikt analīzi par pārejas perioda tiesisko regulējumu un tiesību aktiem, kuri būtu jāpieņem pārejas laikā; 3.Apskatīt tiesisko vīziju Lielbritānijas, ES un dalībvalstu attiecībās pēc izstāšanas perioda noslēgšanās; 4.Izpētīt ES pilsonību un no tās izrietošās tiesības; 5.Izvērtēt Lielbritānijas izstāšanās no ES ietekmi uz Latvijas Republikas valstspiederīgajiem. Darba nobeigumā apkopota pētītā informācija un izdarīti secinājumi, kas noved pie atziņas, ka šobrīd ES pilsoņu tiesības ir aizsargātas ar Izstāšanās līgumu, kas noslēgts starp AK un ES un AK šobrīd vēl strādā pie sava normatīvā regulējuma pētāmajā jautājumā, kas regulēs pilsoņu tiesības pēc pārejas perioda beigām.

The bachelor's thesis "Britain's withdrawal from the European Union and its impact on the citizens of the Republic of Latvia" is a study of an unprecedented case when one of the EU member states wants to withdraw from the EU. The bachelor's thesis aims are to study and analyze the legal relations between EU and Great Britain, which have arisen in connection with the withdrawal of the EU member state – Grait Britain from the EU and its impact on the citizens of the Republic of Latvia. Tasks: 1.To identify the historical situation and the legal procedure for the British withdrawal from the EU; 2.Carry out an analysis of the legal framework for the transitional period and the legislation that should be adopted during the transitional period; 3.To look at the legal vision in the relations between Great Britain, the EU and the Member States after the end of the withdrawal period; 4.Explore EU citizenship and its rights; 5.To evaluate the impact of Great Britain's withdrawal from the EU on the citizens of the Republic of Latvia. At the end of the work, the researched information is summarized and conclusions are drawn, which lead to conclusions that at present the EU citizens' rights are protected by the withdrawal agreement signed between the UK and the EU and the UK is still working on his own regulatory framework researched the issue, which will regulate the rights of citizens after a transitional period end.
