Vajadzību izvērtējums mācību materiālu izstrādei darbam latviešu diasporas vasaras vidusskolās

Abstract

Latviešu diasporas izglītības jomas jautājumi aktualizēti pēc diasporas likuma pieņemšanas. Maģistra darbā tika veikts fenomenoloģiskais pētījums ar mērķi izvērtēt latviešu diasporas vasaras vidusskolas jauniešu vajadzības atbilstošu mācību materiālu izstrādei. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, tika analizēta teorētiskā literatūra par diasporas izglītības iespējām, kā arī piemērotu mācību materiālu izveidi. Pētījuma ietvaros tika veikta diasporas vasaras vidusskolu skolēnu anketēšana un vasaras vidusskolu vadītāju un diasporas izglītotāju intervēšana. Tika pētītas Valsts izglītības satura centra vadlīnijas diasporas izglītībai, kā arī analizēta intervija ar VISC eksperti par pieredzi darbā ar diasporas jauniešiem. Balstoties uz pētījuma teorijas analīzi un empīriskajā daļā iegūtajiem datiem, darba autore izstrādāja 30 ieteikumus mācību materiālu izveidei darbam latviešu diasporas vasaras vidusskolā. Tie iedalīti vispārīgos ieteikumos, kā arī ieteikumos par to saturu, uzdevumiem, izstrādātāju un formātu. Maģistra darbā ir 77 lapaspuses, 12 tabulas un 15 attēli. Darbam pievienoti 29 pielikumi. The questions of the Latvian diaspora in the field of education were actualised after applying the Diaspora Law. The aim of the Master’s Thesis is to analyse adolescents’ needs to develop teaching and learning materials for Latvian diaspora summer secondary schools. Hence, a phenomenological study was carried out. In order to achieve the aim, the theoretical literature on the educational possibilities of the diaspora and criteria of suitable teaching materials were analysed. The study included a questionnaire to diaspora summer secondary school students. Moreover, interviews with summer high school headmasters and diaspora educators were held. The guidelines of the National Centre for Education of the Republic of Latvia for diaspora education were studied, as well as an interview with an expert of NCE on her experience in working with diaspora youth was analysed. Based on the analysis of the research theory and the data gained in the empirical part, the author developed 30 recommendations for the development of teaching and learning materials for Latvian diaspora summer secondary schools. The recommendations were categorised in five groups ¬– general, content wise, tasks wise, designer wise and format wise. The Master 's Thesis consists of 77 pages, 12 tables and 15 figures. 29 appendices are attached to the thesis.
