Darba aizsardzības pilnveide uzņēmumā SIA "Vidzemīte"

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba temats ir ,, Darba aizsardzības sistēmas pilnveide SIA,, Vidzemīte’’ izvēle balstīta uz autora novērojumiem par darba aizsardzības praktiskajiem procesiem uzņēmumā. Darba mērķis ir, analizējot darba aizsardzības sistēmas organizāciju uzņēmumā, identificēt tās problēmas un trūkumus, izstrādāt priekšlikumus un ierosinājumus. Darbs sastāvs no trīs daļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Pirmajā daļā apkopota un analizēta literatūra un citi avoti par darba aizsardzības sistēmu un tās pilnveidi. Otrajā daļā tiek pētīta SIA,, Vidzemīte’’ darba sistēmas atbilstība LR likumiem, normatīvo aktu prasībām. Trešajā daļā tiek aprakstīts empīrisks pētījums, kurā izmantota anketēšanas metode. Kopējais darba apjoms ir 60 lappuses, kuras papildinātas ar vienu shēmu, tabulu, 11 attēliem, secinājumiem, priekšlikumiem un 5 pielikumiem. Darbu veicot izmantoti 17 avoti.

The theme of the topic "Improvement of the work safety system at company with limited liability “Vidzemīte” is based on the author's observations on the practical work protection processes in the company. The aim of the work is to analyze the organization of the labor protection system in the company, to identify problems and loopholes, to develop proposals for the successful operation of the system and improvements. The qualification work consists of three chapters, including conclusions and proposals. The first chapter contains literature analysis and the explanation of work safety in general. The second chapter contains information about the laws and regulations in the Republic of Latvia. The third chapter consists of empirical study of questionnaire. Conclusions and proposals are provided at the end of the work. The volume of the qualification paper is 60 pages, it includes 1 scheme, 1 table and 11 pictures, conclusions, proposals and 17 pieces of literature and other sources of information have been used. The work has been supplemented with 5 attachments.
