Sociālais darbs ar ilgstošiem sociālā dienesta klientiem

Abstract

Maģistra darba temats ir „Sociālais darbs ar ilgstošiem sociālā dienesta klientiem”. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kādi ir sociālo darbu kavējošie faktori sociālajam darbam ar ilgstošajiem sociālā dienesta klientiem. Pētījuma uzdevumi: aprakstīt ilgstošos Sociālā dienesta klientus, kā sociālā darba mērķgrupu; iepazīstoties ar pieejamo literatūru un informācijas avotiem par sociālo darbu ar ilgstošajiem sociālo dienestu klientiem; noteikt ilgstošā klienta portretu, analizējot pētījumos izdarītos secinājumus un noteiktās atziņas par ilgstošajiem sociālo dienestu klientiem, par savstarpējām sociālā darba speciālistu un viņu ilgstošo klientu attiecībām un redzējumu par sociālo problēmu risinājuma rašanu. Maģistra darba empīriskā pētījumā tika veikts aprakstošs šķērsgriezuma pētījums izmantojot kvantitatīvo pētījumu dizainu, kā arī izmantotas kvalitatīvas pētniecības metodes - daļēji strukturētas un atvērtas intervijas. Izpētes rezultātā secināts, ka būtiskākās problēmas sociālajā darbā ar ilgstošiem Sociālā dienesta klientiem ir zema klientu motivācija pārmaiņām, zema vai nepabeigta izglītība, veselības problēmas, bezdarbs, nespēja tikt galā ar problēmām, vājas prasmes, atkarības.

The topic of the master's thesis is “Social work with permanent social service clients” The aim of the work is to find out what are the factors hindering social work for social work with long-term social service clients. Tasks of the research: to describe long-term clients of the Social Service as a target group of social work; getting acquainted with the available literature and information sources on social work with long-term clients of social services; to determine the portrait of a long-term client, analyzing the conclusions made in research and the established findings about long-term clients of social services, about the mutual relations of social work specialists and their long-term clients and vision about finding a solution to social problems. In the empirical study of the master's thesis, a descriptive cross-sectional study was performed using the design of quantitative research, as well as qualitative research methods were used - partially structured interviews. As a result of the research it is concluded that the most significant problems in social work with long-term Social Service clients are low client motivation for change, low or incomplete education, health problems, unemployment, inability to cope with problems, weak skills, addictions.
