dc.description.abstract	The collections of the Botany and Mycology of the University of Latvia contain one of the first editions of his most outstanding work “Species Plantarum” by Karl Linney (1707 - 1778), which currently has not only scientific but also bibliographic value. The stamps and entries in these books give evidence of their owners over time.
