Ernesta Foldāta vēstule, kurā viņš raksta par jauna kontrakta parakstīšanu Bioloģijas institūtā zinātniskā padomdevēja amatā, universitātes pensijas paaugstināšanu, grūto ekonomisko stāvokli Venecuēlā, jauno fizioterapijas aparātu importfirmu "Amberline", ko dēli Ernests un Arvīds kopā ar sievām ir dibinājuši, par darba braucienu uz Harvardu, no kura pārvesti 50 kg bibliogrāfijas fotokopiju jaunajai grāmatai, par sievas salauzto kāju, par Venecuēlas Centrālās Universitātes Bioloģijas Skolas absolventu dāvināto piemiņas plāksni ar atzinību par 44 universitāte nostrādātajiem gadiem, par ievēlēšanu Londonas Linneja biedrībā, par LU Muzeja lūgumu atsūtīt uz Latviju savus materiālus muzeja krājumam, par Jose Maria Vargas ordeņa pirmās klases piešķiršanu un Riharda Kondratoviča piedāvājumu uzņemt Ernestu Foldātu Latvijas Zinātņu Akadēmijā. Vēstule drukāta mašīnrakstā uz vienas lapas ar parakstu apakšā. Glabājas Latvijas Universitātes Muzeja Botānikas un mikoloģijas kolekciju krājumā.
