Abstract

Smiltsērkšķu ogu (Hippophae Rhamnoides) ekstrakcijas produktu sastāva izvērtējums ar hromatogrāfijas un masspektrometrijas metodēm. Zinātniskais vadītājs Dr. chem., asoc. prof. Pēteris Mekšs. Bakalaura darbs analītiskajā ķīmijā, 36 lappuses, 14 tabulas, 7 attēli, 30 literatūras avoti, 3 pielikumi, latviešu valodā. Darbā analizēti smiltsērkšķu eļļas ekstrakti ar n-heksānu, saulespuķu eļļu un olīveļļu, noteikts to ķīmiskais sastāvs ar gāzu hromatogrāfijas masspektrometrijas (GC-MS) metodi. Iegūtie masspektri tika atpazīti ar datu bāzi Nist02. Literatūras apskatā aplūkota informācija par smiltsērkšķu eļļas, saulespuķu eļļas un olīveļļas ķīmisko sastāvu, smiltsērkšķu eļļas stabilitāti, nozīmi cilvēka organismā, kā arī gāzu hromatogrāfijas un masspektrometrijas metodes apraksts.

The extracts of sea buckthorn oil with sunflower oil, olive oil and hexane were analyzed and its chemical composition was determined by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The obtained mass spectra were recognized by the Nist02 database. The literature review summarizes information on the chemical composition of sea buckthorn oil, sunflower oil, olive oil, sea buckthorn oil stability, role in the human body as well as a description of the gas chromatography and mass spectrometry method.
