Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Fiziskā un emocionālā labsajūta sievietēm menopauzes periodā”. Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt, kā fiziskās aktivitātes ietekmē emocionālo labsajūtu sievietēm menopauzes periodā. Apkopojot pētījuma rezultātus, var redzēt, ka fiziskās aktivitātes, pētījumā iesaistītām dalībniecēm, labvēlīgi ietekmē pašsajūtu, uzlabo fizisko un emocionālo stāvokli menopauzes laikā. Darbā tika izmantota kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode – anketēšana. Aptaujas anketa X veselības iestādē The theme of this Bachelor thesis is “Physical and emotional wellbeing of women during menopause”. The aim of the study is to investigate how physical activity affects the emotional wellbeing of postmenopausal women. Summarizing the results of the study, it can be seen that physical activity, the participants in the study, has a positive effect on well-being and improves physical and emotional condition during menopause. Quantitative research method - questionnaire, is used in this work. A survey form in X health institution.
