Anestēzijas māsas nozīme pacienta trauksmes mazināšanai pirms plānveida operācijas

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – “Anestēzijas māsas nozīme pacienta trauksmes mazināšanai pirms plānveida operācijas”. Tēmas aktualitāti pamato tas, ka pacientam, gatavojoties operācijai, ir dabiski sajust paaugstinātu trauksmes līmeni, trauksmes etioloģija var būt saistīta ar anestēziju, ķirurģiju un vairākiem citiem iemesliem. Ir ļoti svarīgi noteikt pacienta esošās bažas, lai palīdzētu tās pārvarēt. Darba mērķis ‒ noskaidrot anestēzijas māsas nozīmi pacienta trauksmes mazināšanai pirms plānveida operācijas. Pētniecības uzdevumi ‒ veikt literatūras apskatu par trauksmi, tās klasifikāciju, cēloņiem, sekām un ietekmi uz organismu; analizēt Betijas Ņūmenas sistēmas modeli, respondentu viedokļus, izdarīt secinājumus. Pētījuma jautājums ‒ kāda ir anestēzijas māsas nozīme pacienta trauksmes mazināšanai pirms plānveida operācijas? Izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode, veikta kontentanalīze. Izstrādāts pētniecības instruments – intervijas jautājumi. Intervijā piedalījās 8 pacienti, pēc traumatoloģiskas un ortopēdiskas plānveida operācijas. Pētījumā secināts, ka anestēzijas māsai ir svarīga nozīme pacientu trauksmes mazināšanā pirms operācijas. Māsas izskats, rakstura īpašības, zināšanas un kompetences var ietekmēt pacienta trauksmes līmeni. Darbs sastāv no 6 nodaļām, 3 apakšnodaļām un 3 pielikumiem. Darba apjoms ir 47 lpp. un izmantoti 72 literatūras avoti.

The topic of the bachelor’s thesis – “Importance of the nurse anesthetist in reducing patient anxiety prior to elective surgery”. The subject's spotlight is supported by the fact that it is natural for a patient to feel an increased level of anxiety, which may be associated with anesthesia, surgery and a number of other causes. Therefore, it is very important to identify the patient's existing anxieties to help overcome them. The aim is to clarify importance of the nurse anesthetist in reducing patient anxiety prior to elective surgery. Tasks of the research ‒ carry out an overview of the literature about anxiety definition, classification, causes, consequences and impact on the organism. Question of the research ‒ what is importance of the nurse anesthetist in reducing patient anxiety prior to elective surgery. A qualitative research method has been used; a concessional analysis has been carried out. Research instrument developed – interview issues. The interview was conducted in 8 patients, after traumatology and orthopedics elective surgery. The study concludes that anesthesia nurse plays an important role to reduce anxiety before surgery. The appearance, nature, knowledge and competence of a nurse may affect the patient's level of anxiety. The work consists of 6 chapters, 3 subsections and 3 appendices. The volume of the work is 47 pages and 72 literature sources are used in the work.
