Askēzes fenomenoloģija vācu un bizantiešu misticismā. Meistera Ekharta un Gregora Palamasa meditācijas doktrīnas salīdzinošā analīze

Abstract

Šis darbs ir veltīts vācu un bizantiešu lielajiem mistiķiem J. Ekhartam un Gr. Palamas, kuru piemērā tiek salīdzināta teoloģiskā un filozofiskā izpratne par askēzes fenomenu kā mistiskas Dieva izziņas pieredzi. Pētot askētisko prakšu īpatnības, autors pievēršas askēzes mistiskajiem pamatiem, lai Ekharta un Palamas mācībās atklātu kopīgu priekšstatu par dievišķo elementu cilvēkā, kas nav atrodams bez īpašiem "garīgajiem vingrinājumiem" – askēzes.

The present work is on the great mystics of Germany and Byzantium, J. Eckhart and Gr. Palamas, by the example of whom is compared the theological and philosophical understanding of the phenomenon of asceticism as an experience of mystical cognition of God. Exploring the peculiarities of ascetic practices, the author turns to the mystical foundations of asceticism in order to discover in the teachings of Eckhart and Palamas a common view of the divine element in a human, which cannot be found without special "spiritual exercises" – ascesis.
