Redzes kvalitātes izmaiņas kontaktlēcu lietotājiem dienas laikā

Abstract

Maģistra darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 40 lapām. Tas satur 23 attēlus, 3 tabulas, 1 pielikumu un 45 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis bija novērtēt, kā mainās acī noklīdusī gaisma kontaktlēcu lietotājiem dienas laikā. Pētījumā piedalījās 20 dalībnieki, kuriem ar C- Quant Oculus iekārtu tika noteikta acī noklīdušās gaismas vērtība dienas sākumā un pēcpusdienā. Ar aptaujas palīdzību tika noskaidrots kontaktlēcu lietotāju redzes komforta subjektīvās sajūtas dienas sākumā un pēcpusdienā. Iegūtie rezultāti parādīja, ka kontaktlēcu lietotājiem pēcpusdienā būtiski palielinās acī noklīdušās gaismas vērtība. Novērtējot ar aptaujas palīdzību subjektīvo redzes komfortu dienas sākumā un dienas beigās, visiem pētījuma dalībniekiem tika novērots redzes komforta samazinājums pēcpusdienā. Tika novērota cieša sakarība starp redzes komforta samazinājumu un acī noklīdušās gaismas pieaugumu.

The master's work is written in Latvian on 40 pages. It contains 23 pictures, 3 tables, 1 appendix, and 45 references to literary sources. The study aimed to evaluate how the stray light in the eyes of contact lens wearers changes during the day. The study involved 20 participants whose value of the stray light in the eye was measured by C-Quant Oculus at the beginning of the day and in the afternoon. With the help of a survey, the subjective feelings of visual comfort of contact lens wearers were found at the beginning of the day and in the afternoon. The results showed that for contact lens wearers the value of stray light in the eye increases significantly in the afternoon. Assessing subjective visual comfort at the beginning and the end of the day with the help of a survey, a decrease in visual comfort in the afternoon was observed for all study participants. There was a strong association between decreased visual comfort and increased stray light.
