Vēsturisko notikumu reprezentācija daudzsēriju filmā "Emīlija. Latvijas preses karaliene"

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Vēsturisko notikumu reprezentācija daudzsēriju filmā “Emīlija. Latvijas preses karaliene”". Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot, kādus vēsturiskos notikumus gan Latvijas valsts, gan žurnālistes Emīlijas Benjamiņas dzīves kontekstā atspoguļo vēsturiskā daudzsēriju filma “Emīlija. Latvijas preses karaliene”, analizējot naratīva struktūru un galveno vēstījumu. Darba teorētiskā bāze balstās uz teoriju par reprezentāciju, naratīvu un naratīva teorijām, kā arī semiotiku un semiotikas mijiedarbību ar kinomākslu. Metodoloģijas daļā raksturota naratīva un semiotiskā analīze. Pētījumā analizētas sešas vēsturiskās daudzsēriju filmas “Emīlija. Latvijas preses karaliene” sērijas, izmantojot semiotisko un naratīva analīzi. Pētījuma ietvaros tiks analizēti tādi kino valodas elementi kā mizanscēna, skaņa un krāsas, apgaismojums. Darba empīriskajā daļā tiks veikta daudzsēriju filmas “Emīlija. Latvijas preses karaliene” naratīva analīze, balstoties Aļģirda Žiljena Greimasa izstrādātajā aktantu modelī. Empīriskajai daļai seko secinājumi, izmantoto informācijas avotu saraksts un pielikumi.

The title of this bachelor thesis is “Representation of historical events in series “Emily. Queen of the Press”". The aim of the research is to find out what historical events, in the context of both the Latvian state and the life of journalist Emīlija Benjamiņa are reflected in the historical series “Emily. Queen of the Press”, while analysing the narrative structure and the main message. The theoretical basis of the research is based on the theory of representation, narative and narative theories, as well as semiotics and the interaction of semiotics and film art. The part of the methodology describes narative and semiotic analysis. The study analyses six series of historical series “Emily. Queen of the Press”, using semiotic and narrative analysis. The study analyses elements of cinema language such as misansen, music and sound as well as colors and lighting. The empirical part of the work will perform a narative analysis of the series, based on the actantial model developed by Algirdas Julien Greimas. The empirical part is followed by conclusions, a list of the sources of information used and annexes.
