Starpinstitūciju sadarbība, veicot preventīvo darbu ar bērna ģimeni

Abstract

Maģistra darba “Starpinstitūciju sadarbība, veicot preventīvo darbu ar bērna ģimeni” mērķis ir izpētīt starpinstitūciju sadarbību, veicot preventīvo darbu ar bērna ģimeni Gulbenes novadā. Teorētiskajā pamatojumā tiek aplūkots preventīvā darba jēdziens, mērķa grupas raksturojums, starpinstitūciju sadarbība, sociālā mācīšanās teorija un ekoloģiskās sistēmas teorija. Tika veikta fokusgrupa ar 7 Gulbenes novada institūciju pārstāvjiem, lai noskaidrot kā Gulbenes novada institūcijas sadarbojas un organizē preventīvo sociālo darbu. Daļēji strukturētās intervijas bija ar 4 Gulbenes novada sociālā dienesta sociālajiem darbiniekiem, lai noskaidrotu, kā sociālie darbinieki veic preventīvu sociālo darbu ar ģimenēm un kā notiek sadarbība ar citām institūcijām Rezultāti liecina, ka Gulbenes novadā tiek īstenots preventīvais sociālais darbs, tomēr tā veikšanai netiek organizēta starpinstitūciju sadarbība, izņemot likumpārkāpumu profilaksē.

The aim of the master's thesis “Inter-institutional cooperation on carrying out preventive work with the child's family” is to study inter-institutional cooperation in carrying out preventive work with a child's family in Gulbene region. The theoretical part views the concept of preventive work, the characterization of the target group, inter-institutional cooperation, the theory of social learning and the theory of the ecological system. A focus group was conducted with 7 representatives of Gulbene region institutions to find out how Gulbene region institutions cooperate and organize preventive social work. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 4 social workers of Gulbene district social service to find out how social workers perform preventive social work with families and how cooperation with other institutions takes place. The results show that preventive social work is being implemented in Gulbene municipality, however, inter-institutional co-operation is not organized to provide it, except for the prevention of crime.
