Vājredzīgu jauniešu algotā darba pieredze

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis: noskaidrot vājredzīgu jauniešu algotā darba pieredzi nodarbinātības cikla posmos. Mērķa sasniegšanai izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības stratēģija. Pētījuma jautājums: Kāda ir vājredzīgu jauniešu algotā darba pieredze?. Pētījuma gaitā intervētas četras vājredzīgas personas ar pieredzi algotā nodarbinātībā. Veiktas daļēji strukturētas intervijas, kurās intervējamajiem jautāts par pieredzi nodarbinātības cikla posmos. Rezultāti atklāj, ka nozīme tajā, lai vājredzīgai personai būtu iespējams uzlabot savus darba apstākļus, veiksmīgi integrēties darba vietā un veidot labas attiecības ar darba devēju un kolēģiem, ir komunikācijai darba vietā strādājošo starpā, lai novērstu pārpratumus, veicinātu izpratni un informētību par vājredzīgu personu nodarbināšanas specifiskajiem aspektiem.

The aim of the study: to determine the experience of young people with low-vision at each stage of the employment cycle. Qualitative research strategy was chosen to achieve this goal. Research question: What is the experience of paid work for young people with low vision? Four young people with low vision who are working, shared their experience at each stage of the employment cycle. Four semistructured interviews were conducted. The results reveal that to improve the working conditions of a person with low vision, help them to successfully integrate in the workplace and establish good relations with employer and colleagues, communication in the workplace is very important. It helps to avoid misunderstandings and raise awareness of the specific aspects of the employment of young people with vision.
