Iekšējas darbības motīvācijas veidošanas nosacījumi pirmsskolas vecumā

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba pamatā ir tēma: „Iekšējas darbības motivācijas veidošanas nosacījumi pirmsskolas vecumā”; darba autore ir Anna Kudeļa. Pētījuma mērķis: teorētiski un empīriski izzināt iekšējas darbības motivācijas nosacījumus pirmsskolas vecumā. Darbs sastāv no divām daļām - teorētiskās un praktiskās. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek analizēta zinātniskā, metodiskā, pedagoģiskā un psiholoģiskā literatūra par iekšējās motivācijas attīstību pirmsskolas vecuma bērniem. Darba praktiskajā daļā tika veikts praktiskais pētījums, kas sastāvēja no 3 posmiem: konstatējošā, veidojošā un kontroles pētījuma. Tika izmantotas divas pētījumu metodes - pedagoģiskā novērošana un pedagoga praktiskais darbs. Pētījumā piedalījās 11 bērni vecumā no 3 līdz 4.5 gadiem. Iekšējās motivācijas attīstības līmeņa noteikšanai, tās galvenajām iezīmēm, tika izvēlēti vairāki uzdevumi un izstrādātikritēriji iekšējās motivācijas attīstības līmeņa novērtēšanai. Tā kā pētāmās grupas bērni izrāda vislielāko interesi par radošām aktivitātēm, darba autore izstrādāja integrētas radošās aktivitātes iekšējās motivācijas attīstīšanai. Balstoties uz teorētisko literatūru, kvalifikācijas darba autore identificēja vadošos motivāciju veidus, kuriem, pēc viņas hipotēzes, būtu jāpalīdz iekšējo darbības motīvu veidošanā. Darba rezultāti: sasniegts mērķis - kvalifikācijas darba autores izstrādātās radošās integrētās nodarbības labvēlīgi ietekmē bērna iekšējās motivācijas attīstību. The title of the qualification paper is “Conditions for the formation of intrinsic motivation in preschool children”; the author of the paper is Anna Kudelya. Purpose of research: to find out theoretically and empirically the conditions for the formation of intrinsic motivation in preschool children. Paper consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. Theoretical part analyzes the methodical, pedagogical and psychological literature about the development of intrinsic motivation in preschool children. In the practical part of paper, there was conducted a research, which consisted of 3 stages: recognizing, forming and checking research. Two methods of research were used – pedagogical monitoring and practical activity of a teacher. Eleven children of ages 3- 4.5 took part in the research. To identify the level of children’s intrinsic motivation, its essential features, several tasks were put in place and various grading criteria was used to measure the level of their intrinsic motivation. Since the children of the research group show the greatest interest in creative activities, the author of the paper developed integrated creative activities for the development of internal motivation. Based on the theoretical literature, the author of the qualification thesis identified the leading types of motivations, which, according to her hypothesis, should help in the formation of internal action motives. Paper results: target achieved - The creative integrated lessons developed by the author of the qualification thesis have a beneficial effect on the development of the child's internal motivation.
