Atgriezeniskās saites kultūra kā skolas kvalitātes attīstības instruments

Abstract

21. gs. informācija ir kļuvusi par vērtīgāko resursu, taču skolu ietvaros, mainoties kolektīvam vai piedzīvojot citas būtiskas izmaiņas, notiek pārrāvumi informācijas apmaiņā vai arī šis process vienkārši nenotiek pietiekami kvalitatīvi. Darba ietvaros tiek teorētiski (literatūra) un praktiski (normatīvo aktu izpēte, intervijas, aptaujas) analizēta atgriezeniskās saites nozīme un izmantošana Skolas kvalitātes un kvalitātes vadības paaugstināšanā laika posmā no 2020. līdz 2023. gadam. Iegūtie dati analizēti vairākās kategorijās – skolas vadīšana, skolotāju tālākizglītība, mācīšanās, mācīšana, skolēnu mācīšanās un skolas izvērtēšana – kas ļauj šo darbu izmantot kā pamatu citu skolu atgriezeniskās saites prakšu izpētē un uzlabošanā. Pētījuma mērķis – izveidot Skolas atgriezeniskās saites kultūras ieviešanas stratēģiju – tiek sasniegts, un ir uzsākta tās ieviešana.

In the 21st century, information has become the most valuable resource, but within schools, when the collective changes or other significant shifts are experienced, the gaps in the exchange of information emerge or the process is simply not of sufficient quality. Within the framework of the work, the importance and use of feedback in improving school quality and quality management in the period from 2020 to 2023 is analysed theoretically (literature) and practically (research of regulations, interviews, surveys). The data acquired were analysed across a number of categories - school leadership, further teacher training, learning, teaching, student learning and school evaluation - which allows this work to be used as a basis for researching and improving the feedback practices in other schools. The aim of the research - to develop a strategy for the implementation of a School Feedback Culture - has been achieved and its implementation has begun.
