Daudzfaktoru analīze bērnu redzes skrīningā 74 pamatskolas bērnu izlasē

Abstract

Darbs ir uzrakstīts angļu valodā uz 39 lapām. Tas satur 35 attēlus, 11 tabulas ,un 82 literatūras avotus. Mērķis. Pētījuma mērķis bija novērtēt korelāciju starp vecumu un redzes funkcijām 74 Itālijas bērniem vecuma grupā no 6 līdz 10 gadiem skolas skrīninga projekta ietvaros, ieviešot divus okulomotoros testus un sniedzot ieguldījumu normatīvo vērtību izstrādē. Metode. Testu izmantošana skrīningam un modificētā Grofmman testa ievietošana un jaunā BReVIS testa izmantošana vizuālajā meklēšanā. Rezultāti. Pieaugot binokulārā redzes asuma kvalitātei, atbilstoši pieaug stereo redzes asums (p < .05). Vecums ir būtisks gan sekošanas kustību, gan vizuālās meklēšanas testu precizitātē. Secinājums. Jauno okulomotoro testu izmantošana palīdz labāk izprast skolas vecuma bērnu redzes funkcijas.

The aim of the study was to evaluate the correlation between age and visual functions in 74 Italian children in the age group from 6 to 10 years as part of a school screening project, implementing two oculomotor tests and contributing to the development of normative values. Method. Use of tests for screening and insertion of the modified Groffman test and use of the new BReVIS test for visual search. Results. As the quality of binocular visual acuity increases, stereo visual acuity increases accordingly (p < .05). Age is relevant for accuracy in both tracking movements and visual search tests. Conclusion. The use of new oculomotor tests helps to better understand the visual functions of school-aged children.
