Latvijas basketbola sporta skolu treneru atalgojuma modeļa izveide

Abstract

Bakalaura darba “Latvijas basketbola sporta skolu treneru atalgojuma modeļa izveide” autors ir Gatis Jahovičs. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt, kādas problēmas treneri, sporta skolu direktori un nozares speciālisti saskata pašreizējā atalgojuma sistēmā sporta skolās, kā arī izpētīt citu valstu jauniešu basketbola treneru atalgojumu modeļus, lai varētu izstrādāt ieteikumus basketbola treneru atalgojuma modelī. Darba teorētiskā daļa sastāv no literatūras un atbilstošo likumu analīzes, savukārt pētījuma daļā tiek analizēti basketbola nozares speciālistu kvantitatīvajā aptaujā sniegtie dati un nozares speciālistu kvalitatīvo interviju atbildes. Apkopojot rezultātus, tiek piedāvāti ieteikumi, kā uzlabot atalgojuma sistēmu Latvijas basketbola sporta skolu treneriem, lai būtu iespēja piesaistīt jaunus sporta speciālistus, kā arī vairāk motivēt jau strādājošos trenerus, un sporta skolas varētu kvalitatīvāk veikt savus uzdevumus. Pētījuma rezultāti apliecina, ka treneri un nozares eksperti nav apmierināti ar līdzšinējo atalgojuma modeli un atbalsta pieeju sasaistīt to ar augstāku kvalifikāciju, sasniegtajiem rezultātiem un darba stāžu.

The author of the Bachelor's Thesis "Creation of the salary model for coaches of Latvian basketball sports schools" is Gatis Jahovičs. The aim of the work is to investigate what problems coaches, directors of sports schools and industry experts see in the current salary system in sports schools, as well as to study the salary models of youth basketball coaches in other countries in order to develop recommendations for the salary model of basketball coaches. The theoretical part of the work consists of the analysis of the literature and relevant laws, while the research part analyzes the data provided in the quantitative survey of the basketball coaches and the answers of the qualitative interviews of the industry specialists. Summarizing the results, recommendations are offered on how to improve the salary system for coaches of Latvian basketball sports schools, so that it would be possible to attract new sports specialists, as well as to motivate the already working coaches more, and sports schools could perform their tasks better. The results of the study confirm that coaches and industry experts are not satisfied with the current remuneration model and support the approach of linking it with higher qualifications, achieved results and work expierence.
