Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats: Sākumskolas skolotāju kompetence darbā ar apdāvinātiem skolēniem. Autors: Dana Proņičeva. Bakalaura darba mērķis: Teorētiski un empīriski izzināt un pārbaudīt skolotāju kompetenci ikdienas darbā ar apdāvinātiem skolēniem. Darbs sastāv no divām daļām: teorētiskās daļas un empīriskās daļas. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek pētīts apdāvināta bērna jēdziens, balstoties dažādu autoru atziņās un pētījumos. Papildus apdāvināta bērna jēdziena teorētiskajai analīzei tiek apskatīti dažādi apdāvinātības modeļi un apdāvināta skolēna raksturojums, lai precīzāk aplūkotu apdāvinātības konceptu. Pēc apdāvinātības modeļu un apdāvināta skolēna raksturojuma analīzes, tiek pētītas apdāvinātības noteikšanas iespējas skolā. Tiek pētīts kompetences jēdziens un kompetences, kuras nepieciešamas skolotājam darbā ar apdāvinātiem skolēniem. Darba empīriskajā daļā tiek veikts pētījums, izmantojot trīs anketas, trim pētījuma grupām: sākumskolas skolēniem, sākumskolas skolēnu vecākiem un sākumskolas skolotājiem. Bakalaurs sastāv no 52 lapaspusēm. Bakalaura darbā ir iekļauti 2 attēli, 13 tabulas un 4 pielikumi. Bakalaura darbā izmantoti 52 literatūras un informācijas avoti. The subject of the Bachelor’s thesis: Primary school teachers’ competence in working with gifted children. Author: Dana Proņičeva. The aim of the Bachelor’s thesis: To study and evaluate theoretically and practically a teachers’ competency in day-to-day work with gifted students. The work consists of two parts: the theoretical part and the empirical part. The theoretical part of the work explores the concept of a gifted child based on the findings and studies of different authors. In addition to the theoretical analysis of the concept of a gifted child, different models of giftedness and the characteristics of a gifted student are examined to give a more precise look at the concept of giftedness. After analyzing models of giftedness and the characteristics of a gifted student, opportunities for identifying giftedness at school are being explored. The concept of competence and competences necessary for a teacher to work with gifted pupils are explored. A study is carried out in the empirical part of the work using three questionnaires, three studies for groups: primary school students, parents of primary school students and primary school teachers.
