Vinstona Čērčila oficiālo runu metaforu un metonīmiju tulkojumu problēmas franču un krievu valodā

Abstract

Šis darbs ir pētījums, kura mērķis ir izpētīt metaforu un metonīmiju tulkošanas problēmas, kā arī pielietotās tulkošanas metodes, noskaidrot vai visbiežāk pielietotā tulkosanas metode ir tiešās tulkošanas metode. Pētījuma pamatā ir metaforas un metonīmijas un to tulkojumi franču un krievu valodā no V. Čērčila oficiālajām 11 runām, no 1938.-1941. gadam. Mūsu darba uzdevumi ir definēt jēdzienu metafora un metonīmija, kā arī politiskais diskurs. Atklāt šo tropu tulkošanas problēmas un noteikt tulkošanas metodes. Prakstiskajā daļā mēs identificējam metaforas un metonīmijas, veicam šo tropu salīdzinošo analīzi ar tulkojumiem franču un krievu valodā, analizējam un aprakstam pielietotās tulkošanas metodes tulkojumos. Iegūtie rezultāti rāda, ka metaforu un metonīmiju tulkošanā tiek visbiežāk pielietotas dažāda veida transformācijas metodes.

This work is a study, the purpose of which is to research the problems of metaphor and metonymy translation, applied translation methods and to discover whether the most frequently used translation method is complete translation. Metaphors and metonymies from W. Churchill's 11 official speeches from 1938-1941 and their translations in French and Russian serve as the basis for this research. The main research tasks are to define the concepts of metaphor, metonymy, political discourse and to discover the translation problems of these figures of speech and their methods of resolution. In the practical part, we identify metaphors and metonymies, conduct a comparative analysis of these figures of speech with their translations in French and Russian, analyse and describe the implemented translation methods. The results obtained show that different types of transformation methods are most often used in the translation of metaphors and metonymies.
