Abstract

Noskaidrojot vecāku apmierinātību ar jaundzimušā aprūpi, iespējams spriest par veselības aprūpes kvalitāti un veikt nepieciešamos uzlabojumus. Pētījuma mērķis - noskaidrot vecāku apmierinātību ar jaundzimušā aprūpi jaundzimušo intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Pētījumā aptaujāti 100 respondentu. Secināts, ka vecāki kopumā ir apmierināti ar jaundzimušā aprūpi. Personāls vecākus nodrošina ar visaptverošu informāciju, pozitīvi tiek vērtēta cieņpilna attieksme, māsu pieejamība un iespēja vecākiem atrasties pie bērna. Turpmāk ieteicams veicināt vecāku iesaisti un līdzdalību, nodrošināt viņus ar saskaņotu, saprotamu informāciju un sniegt emocionālo atbalstu. By ascertaining parents' satisfaction with newborn care, it is possible to judge the quality of health care and make the necessary improvements. The aim of the study is to find out parents' satisfaction with newborn care in the neonatal intensive care unit. 100 respondents were surveyed in the study. It was concluded that parents are generally satisfied with newborn care. The staff provides parents with comprehensive information, respectful attitude, the availability of nurses and the opportunity for parents to be with the child are positively assessed. In the future, it is recommended to promote the involvement and participation of parents, provide them with coherent, understandable information and provide emotional support.
