Bakalaura darba tēma “Arodslimību ietekme uz dzīves kvalitāti stacionārā strādājošām māsām”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka, ka pirmreizēji reģistrēto arodslimnieku skaits veselības aprūpes nozarē ir bijis augstāks nekā vidēji valstī un arodslimnieku skaitam ir tendence pieaugt. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot arodslimību ietekmi uz dzīves kvalitāti stacionārā strādājošām māsām. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir: analizēt zinātnisko literatūru par arodslimībām, darba vides riska faktoriem, dzīves kvalitāti; pielietot B.Ņūmenas Sistēmas teoriju darba teorētiskajam pamatojumam; izstrādāt kvalitatīvā pētījuma instrumentu – intervijas jautājumus, veikt pilotpētījumu, veikt pētījumu un iegūto datu kontentanalīzi; izdarīt secinājumus. Pētījuma jautājums - kā arodslimības ietekmē dzīves kvalitāti stacionārā strādājošām māsām? Pētījuma metode - kvalitatīvā, instruments – strukturēta intervija. Darbs sastāv no 55 lapaspusēm, 1 attēla, 3 pielikumiem, 12 tabulām. The theme of the bachelor's thesis "The impact of occupational diseases on the quality of life of inpatient nurses". The topicality of the topic is determined that the number of first-time registered persons suffering from occupational diseases in the health care sector has been higher than the national average and the number of persons suffering from occupational diseases tends to increase. The aim of the study is to find out the impact of occupational diseases on the quality of life of nurses working in hospital. Research tasks are: to analyse the scientific literature on occupational diseases, working environment risk factors, quality of life; to apply B.Newman's System Theory to the theoretical basis of the work; to develop a qualitative research tool – interview questions, conduct a pilot study, conduct a study and content analysis of the obtained data; draw conclusions. Research question - how do occupational diseases affect the quality of life of inpatient nurses? Research method - qualitative, tool - structured interview. The work consists of 55 pages, 1 image, 3 annexes, 12 tables.
