Māsas darba īpatnības hospiss aprūpē mājās

Abstract

Tēmas aktualitāti pamato ar to, ka detalizēta materiāla izpaušana par darba tēmu uzlabos šo pacientu aprūpes kvalitāti, kā arī pievērsīs uzmanību māsu darbam šajā jomā, problēmām un īpatnībām, ar kurām saskaras personāls savā darbā, aprūpējot pacientus mājās. Pētījuma mērķis: izpētīt māsas darba īpatnības hospisa aprūpē mājās. Pētījuma uzdevumi: •izpētīt māsu darba īpatnības pacientu aprūpei mājās; •apkopot datus par māsu sniegtajiem pakalpojumiem hospisa pacientiem mājās; •analizēt iegūtos rezultātus; •veikt intervijas ar māsām par darba īpatnībām hospisa aprūpē mājās un analizēt iegūtos datus; •apkopt problēmas, ar kurām jāsaskaras māsas darbā, aprūpējot hospisa pacientus mājās; •izdarīt un apkopot secinājumus. Pētījuma instruments: intervijas. Pētījuma jautājums: Vai māsai, kura nodarbojas ar smagu pacientu aprūpi mājās, ir nepieciešamas īpašas prasmes, kādas? Pētniecības metode: kvalitatīvs pētījums. Pētījuma rezultāti apliecina, ka māsas aprūpe ir starpdisciplināra, to sniedz dažāda profila speciālisti. Tās mērķis ir apmierināt ne tikai pacienta, bet arī viņu aprūpētāju vajadzības, tie pirmkārt, ir pacienta ģimenes locekļi. Māsa sniedz psiholoģisku atbalstu pacienta tuviniekiem, māca par viņu rūpēties, rada pacientam psiholoģisko komfortu, kopā ar pacientu un viņa tuviniekiem pārrunājot aprūpes prioritātes un mērķus, ārstēšanas jautājumus, sastādot aprūpes plānu.

The relevance of this topic is based on the overall goal of enhancing the quality of hospice care for patients, as well as bringing attention to the work of nurses in this field, its peculiarities, and problems which the personnel encounter when attending to hospice patients at home. Research goal: to research the peculiarities of nursing work for hospice patient care at home. Research tasks: · research the peculiarities of patient nursing work for hospice patient care at home; · summarize data on the services provided by nurses for hospice patients at home; · analyze the acquired results; · conduct interviews with nurses about the peculiarities of nursing work for hospice patient care at home and analyze the acquired data; · summarize the problems which are encountered while conducting nursing care at home; · draw conclusions. Research tool: interviews. Research question: Are there any specific skills essential for nurses specializing in severe patient care at home – what skills would they be? Research method: qualitative research. The results of the research prove that nursing care is multidisciplinary and is provided by specialists with various profiles. Its goal is to satisfy not only the needs of the patient but also the needs of their caretakers who, primarily, are their family members. A nurse provides psychological support for the patient’s relatives, teaches how to care for the patient, creates psychological comfort for the patient by discussing the priorities and goals, and other questions regarding the patient’s care and creating a care plan together with the patient and their relatives.
