Nefinanšu ietekmes faktori vēsturisko ēku saglabāšanā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir “Nefinanšu ietekmes faktori vēsturisko ēku saglabāšanā”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt nefinanšu ietekmes faktorus arhitektūras mantojuma saglabāšanā. Darba izstrādes laikā tika izvirzīti sekojošie pētnieciskie jautājumi: 1) Kādi nefinanšu ietekmes faktori var ietekmēt dzīvojamo vēsturisko māju kā arhitektūras mantojuma saglabāšanu?; 2) Kāds ir vēsturisko ēku iemītnieku viedoklis par nefinanšu ietekmes faktoriem, to ietekmi? Vēsturisko ēku saimnieku viedokļu pētīšanai tika izvēlēta kvalitatīvā, daļēji strukturēto interviju metode. Ierobežojot izpētes teritoriju, tika izvēlēts Krāslavas pilsētas vēsturisko ēku saimniekus. Iegūto materiālu analīzei tika izvēlēta kultūras pārneses teorija. Darba rezultātā rika veikti secinājumi, ka nefinanšu ietekmes faktoriem ir nozīmīga loma vēsturisko ēku saglabāšanā, taču jāņem vērā arī finanšu loma mantojuma saglabāšanas procesā.

The title of the bachelor thesis is "Non-financial impact factors in the conservation of historic buildings ". The aim of the bachelor thesis is to investigate the non-financial influence factors in the preservation of architectural heritage. During the development of the work, the following research questions were raised: 1) What non-financial influencing factors can affect the preservation of residential historical houses as architectural heritage?; 2) What is the opinion of the residents of historical buildings about non-financial impact factors, their impact? The qualitative method of semi-structured interviews was chosen to study the opinions of owners of historic buildings. When limiting the research area, the owners of the historical buildings of the city of Krāslava were chosen. The theory of cultural transfer was chosen for the analysis of the obtained materials. As a result of the work, conclusions were made that non-financial influence factors play an important role in the preservation of historical buildings, but the financial role in the heritage preservation process should also be considered.
