Jūdaistu kopienas kristiešu pārvaldītajā Pireneju pussalas daļā 11.–13. gs.: juridiskie un sociālie aspekti

Darba mērķis ir izpētīt Pireneju pussalas jūdaisma reliģijas sekotāju attiecības ar kristiešiem Kastīlijas un Navarras karalistēs no kristiešu iekarojumu panākumiem 11. gs. 2. pusē līdz karaļa Alfonso X valdīšanas beigām 1284. gadā, galvenokārt, koncentrējoties uz jūdaistu lomas kristīgajā sabiedrībā atspoguļojumu likumos un tālaika daiļliteratūrā. Jūdaistu klātbūtni un attiecības ar kristiešiem regulēja likumu kodeksi un municipālie likumi – pilsētu tiesību hartas. Maģistra darbā noskaidrots, ka likumi iedrošināja pozitīvas darba attiecības starp kristiešiem un jūdaistiem, bet varēja sodīt abas puses par pārāk ciešu sociālo kontaktu īstenošanu. Likumos un daiļliteratūras darbos paustā attieksme bija visumā līdzīga, arī tālaika jūdaistu stereotipi varēja tikt aizgūti no likumiem un to radītās situācijas. The aim of the thesis is to research the relationship of the followers of Judaism with Christians in the kingdoms of Castile and Navarra of the Iberian peninsula, beginning with the first successful Christian conquests in the 2nd half of the 11th century to the end of the reign of Alfonso X in 1284, focusing on the representation of the Judaist role in the Christian society in laws and literature. Judaist presence and relations with Christians was regulated by law codexes and municipal laws – city charters. It was concluded, that laws encouraged work relations between Christians and Judaists, but could punish both sides for establishing too close social ties. The expressed attitude in laws was similar to literature works and the Judaist stereotypes of the time could have been taken from laws and the situation, which they created.
