Mobings un mobinga prevencijas pasākumi pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē

Abstract

Bakalaura darbu izstrādāja Latvijas Universitātes Pedagoģijas, psiholoģijas un mākslas fakultātes studente Patrīcija Kalniņa. Darba vadītāja ir Mg. paed., Mg. psych. Ilze Kricka. Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir ‘’Mobings un mobinga prevencijas pasākumi pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē’’. Darba mērķis bija iegūt, apkopot un izanalizēt informāciju par mobingu, apzināt tā izplatību pirmsskolas izglītības iestādēs, saprast tā izcelsmi konkrētajā vecumposmā, rašanās iemeslus, novēršanas iespējas un sākumskolas pedagoga lomu prevencijas pasākumu īstenošanā. Pirmsskolas izglītības iestāde ir bērna pirmā sociālā vide, kurā bērns atrodas ilgstoši un regulāri, un kurā bērnam veidojas pirmais noturīgais kontakts ar vairākiem citiem bērniem vienlaicīgi. Tieši pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē bērnam rodas iespēja pašam veidot savus pirmos sociālos kontaktus ar sava vecuma bērniem. Tā ir vide, kur kļūst redzams un izpaužas bērna raksturs un temperaments, mijiedarbojoties ar citiem bērniem. Tāpēc pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes pedagogam ir īpaša loma mobingam raksturīgo iezīmju savlaicīgā novērošanā, jo pirmsskola ir tā vide, kur šīs iezīmes parādās visagrāk. Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, vai pirmsskolās pastāv mobings un kāds ir visbiežāk novērotais mobinga veids 1.-3.vecumposma grupā. Darbs sastāv no ievada, teorētiskās nodaļas ar 4 apakšnodaļām un pētījuma daļas ar 4 apakšnodaļām, nobeiguma, secinājumiem, priekšlikumiem un izmantotās literatūras saraksta ar 56 avotiem latviešu, angļu un krievu valodā. Bakalaura darbs satur 74 lappuses, ietver 44 attēlus, 6 pielikumus. Atslēgvārdi – pirmsskola, mobings, mobinga veidi, pazīmes, sekas, novēršana, pirmsskolas pedagogs.

Bachelor's thesis was developed by Patrīcija Kalniņa, a student of the Faculty of Pedagogy, Psychology, and Arts at the University of Latvia. The supervisor of the thesis is Ilze Kricka, M.A. in Education and M.A. in Psychology. The title of the Bachelor's thesis is "Bullying and Bullying Prevention Measures in Preschool Educational Institutions." The aim of the thesis was to obtain, compile, and analyze information about bullying, understand its prevalence in preschool educational institutions, comprehend its origins in this specific age group, identify the reasons for its occurrence, explore prevention possibilities, and determine the role of a preschool educator in implementing prevention measures. Preschool educational institutions are the child's first social environment in which the child spends a significant amount of time regularly, and where the child establishes initial enduring contact with several other children simultaneously. It is in preschool educational institutions that children have the opportunity to form their first social contacts with their peers. It is an environment where the child's character and temperament become visible and manifest through interactions with other children. Therefore, preschool educators play a crucial role in timely observing the characteristic signs of bullying since preschool is the setting where these signs appear earliest. The aim of the thesis was to determine whether bullying exists in preschools and which type of bullying is most commonly observed in the 1st to 3rd age group. The thesis consists of an introduction, theoretical part with 4 subsections, research with 4 subsections, a conclusion, findings, and a list of references with 56 sources in Latvian, English, and Russian.
