Abstract

Pētījumā tiek aplūkota diskursīvā tipoloģija Fidela Kastro diskursu transkripcijās un analizēts noteiktu retorisko elementu lietojums. Pētījuma galvenie jautājumi ir: kā tiek klasificēti Fidela Kastro diskursi balstoties uz dažādiem diskursīvās tipoloģijas kritērijiem, un kādi retoriskie elementi tajos tiek lietoti un kāds ir to biežums. Mērķis ir novērot diskursīvo tipoloģiju tendences Fidela Kastro diskursu transkripcijās un izpētīt retorisko elementu lietojumu, jeb noteikt kādi retoriskie elementi ir atrodami, kāds ir to biežums un salīdzināt, kuri elementi tiek lietoti visbiežāk. Darba uzdevumi ir: izpētīt teorētiskos pamatus par retoriku, oratoriju, diskursu un retoriskajiem elementiem, īsumā aprakstīt Kubas vēsturisko kontekstu, uzskaitīt retoriskos elementus no sešām izvēlētajām Fidela Kastro diskursu transkripcijām, analizēt to biežumu un klasificēt diskursus balstoties uz teorijā apskatītajām tipoloģijām. Rezultātā varam novērot, ka analizēto diskursu klasifikācijas ir ļoti līdzīgas un galvenie pieci visbiežāk lietotie retoriskie elementi ir uzskaitījums, hiperbola, antitēze, retorisks izsauciens un retorisks jautājums.

The study explores the discursive typology in the transcriptions of Fidel Castro's discourses and analyses the use of certain rhetorical figures. The main questions are: how are Fidel Castro's discourses classified on the basis of different criteria of discursive typology, and which rhetorical figures are used in them and what is their frequency. The aim is to observe the tendencies of discursive typologies in the transcriptions of Fidel Castro's discourses and to investigate the use of rhetorical figures, i.e., to identify which rhetorical figures are present, what is their frequency and to compare which figures are used most frequently. The tasks of the work are: to study the theoretical foundations of rhetoric, oratory, discourse and rhetorical figures, to briefly describe the historical context of Cuba, to list the rhetorical figures from six selected transcriptions of Fidel Castro's discourses, to analyse their frequency and to classify the discourses based on the typologies discussed in the theory. As a result, we can observe that the classifications of the analysed discourse transcriptions are very similar and the main five most frequently used rhetorical figures are enumeration, hyperbole, antithesis, exclamation and interrogation.
