Pēcnāves dzīves attēlojums mapuče tautas mītos.

Abstract

Šī darba mērķis ir izprast, kā mapuče tautas mitoloģijā tiek aprakstīta dzīve pēc nāves un kā šī mitoloģiskā domāšana izpaužas pašreizējā sociokulturālajā kontekstā, īpaši apbedīšanas rituālā. Balstoties uz vairāku Čīles autoru apkopotajiem mītu un mītisko stāstu apkopojumiem un pamatojoties uz publicētajiem etnogrāfisko ekspedīciju rezultātiem, kā arī antropoloģiskajiem pētījumiem plašākā nozīmē, pēc minēto materiālu analīzes var secināt, ka mitoloģijai kā nozīmīgam mapuče tradicionālo zināšanu avotam ir spēcīga ietekme uz dzīves pēc nāves uztveri un tās fizisko iemiesojumu apbedīšanas rituālā mapuče kopienā.

The aim of the present work is to understand how the mythology of the Mapuche people describes life after death and how this mythological thinking presents itself in the current socio-cultural context, specifically the funerary ritual. Based on compilations of myths and mythical stories gathered by several Chilean authors and based on the published results of ethnographic expeditions, as well as anthropological research in a broader sense, after analyzing said materials, it can be concluded that the mythology as an important source of traditional Mapuche knowledge, has a strong effect on the perception of the life after death and its physical embodiment in the funerary ritual within the Mapuche community.
