Ideoloģiskā koncepcija "Krievu pasaule" un tās ietekme uz Krievijas ārpolitikas īstenošanu: Ukrainas gadījuma analīze

Abstract

Maģistra darbā “Ideoloģiskā koncepcija “krievu pasaule” un tās ietekme uz Krievijas ārpolitikas īstenošanu: Ukrainas gadījuma analīze” tiek pētīts, kā “krievu pasaules” koncepcijas idejas ietekmē Krievijas ārpolitiku attiecībās ar Ukrainu. Mūsdienu Krievijā jēdziens “krievu pasaule” ir kļuvis par visaptverošu Krievijas kā civilizācijas valsts ideoloģiju, kas tostarp apgalvo, ka Krievija ir vai tai vajadzētu būt gan politiski, gan arī ģeogrāfiski lielākai par tās esošajām starptautiski noteiktajām robežām. Maģistra darba struktūra sastāv no ievada un četrām nodaļām. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek pētīta identitātes vieta un loma starptautisko attiecību sistēmā, sniedzot ieskatu valsts nacionālās identitātes veidošanās procesā un identitāšu tipoloģijā. Maģistra darba empīriskajā daļā tiek raksturots Krievijas nacionālās identitātes konstruēšanas process, kā arī aplūkots mūsdienu “krievu pasaules” koncepcijas ģenēzes un attīstības process. Visbeidzot, tiek aplūkota arī “krievu pasaules” koncepcijas loma Krievijas kā civilizācijas valsts naratīva veidošanā un ietekme uz Krievijas realizēto ārpolitiku Ukrainā. Veicot Krievijas nacionālās identitātes un “krievu pasaules” ideoloģiskās koncepcijas analīzi, ir iespējams detalizētāk izprast, kādu faktoru kopums ir sekmējis Krievijas agresīvo ārpolitiku Ukrainā.

The master's thesis “The ideological concept of the “Russian world” and its impact on Russia's foreign policy: an analysis of the case of Ukraine” examines how the ideas of the “Russian world” concept influence Russia`s foreign policy in relations with Ukraine. In modern Russia, the concept of the “Russian world” has become a comprehensive ideology of Russia as a civilization state, which, among other things, asserts that Russia is or should be both politically and geographically larger than its existing internationally defined borders. The structure of the master`s thesis consists of an introduction and four chapters. The theoretical part of the work examines the place and role of identity in the system of international relations, providing insight into the formation process of the state`s national identity and the typology of identities. The empirical part of the master`s thesis describes the process of constructing the Russian national identity and examines the process of genesis and development of the modern “Russian world” concept. Finally, the author of the thesis also examined the role of the “Russian world” in shaping the narrative of Russia as a civilization state and its impact on Russia`s foreign policy in Ukraine. Analyzing Russia`s national identity and the ideological concept of the “Russian world”, it is possible to understand what factors have contributed to Russia`s aggressive foreign policy in Ukraine.
