Jūrmalas valstspilsētas pašvaldības gada pārskata sagatavošana

Abstract

Bakalaura darba “Jūrmalas valstspilsētas pašvaldības gada pārskata sagatavošana” mērķis ir noteikt, vai Jūrmalas valstspilsētas pašvaldības grāmatvedības uzskaites reģistros atspoguļotie dati ir patiesi, salīdzināmi, saprotami un pilnīgi, kā arī sniegt priekšlikumus gada pārskata sagatavošanas un inventarizācijas procesu uzlabošanai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām, kur darba pirmajā nodaļā darba autore nosaka gada pārskata sagatavošanas procesu, tajā skaitā, inventarizācijas procesu vadlīnijas saskaņā ar Latvijas Republikas normatīviem aktiem. Pētījuma 2. daļā darba autore nosaka Jūrmalas valstspilsētas pašvaldības struktūru un finanšu pārskatu posteņu uzskaites vispārīgos principus un to inventarizācijas kārtību, kā arī novērtē Jūrmalas valstspilsētas pašvaldības aktīvu un pasīvu posteņu inventarizāciju. Bakalaura darba 3. daļā darba autore sniedz Jūrmalas valstspilsētas pašvaldības inventarizācijas procesa problēmu raksturojumus, kā arī sniedz risinājumus šo problēmu novēršanai. Bakalaura darba noslēgumā, darba autore izvirza secinājumus par Jūrmalas valstspilsētas pašvaldības gada pārskata sagatavošanu un inventarizācijas procesu, kā arī ilgtermiņa ieguldījumu uzskaites problēmām. Papildus tam, noslēgumā darba autore izvirza priekšlikumus Jūrmalas valstspilsētas pašvaldības inventarizācijas procesa uzlabošanai un pasākumus ilgtermiņa ieguldījumu uzskaites uzlabošanai. The objective of the bachelor's thesis "Preparation of the Annual Report of the Jūrmala City Municipality" is to determine whether the accounting records reflected in the financial statements of Jūrmala City Municipality are true, comparable, understandable, and complete and to provide suggestions for improving the processes of annual report preparation and inventory. The bachelor's thesis consists of 3 chapters. In the first chapter, the author of the thesis establishes the process of the annual report preparation, including guidelines for the inventory process in accordance with the normative acts of the Republic of Latvia. In the research's second part, the author defines the structure of Jūrmala City Municipality and the general principles of the financial report items’ accounting and their inventory procedure, as well as evaluates the inventory of the asset and liability items of Jūrmala City Municipality. In the third part of the bachelor's thesis, the author describes the problems in the inventory process of Jūrmala City Municipality and provides solutions for solving these problems. In the conclusion of the bachelor's thesis, the author presents conclusions about the annual report preparation and inventory process of Jūrmala City Municipality, as well as issues related to the accounting of long-term investments. Additionally, in the conclusion, the author suggests recommendations for improving the inventory process of Jūrmala City Municipality and measures for the improvement of the accounting of long-term investments.
