Tēvus iekļaujoša prakse sociālajā darbā ģimenēm ar bērniem Kuldīgas novadā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats ir “Tēvus iekļaujoša prakse sociālajā darbā ģimenēm ar bērniem Kuldīgas novadā”. Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt sociālā darba praksi ģimenēm ar bērniem attiecībā uz sociālo darbu ar bērnu tēvu. Pētījums balstās liberālā feminisma teorijā, kura skaidro dzimumu nevienlīdzības jautājumus. Pētījumā analizēta tēvu nozīme ģimenē un sociālā darba ar ģimenēm ar bērniem prakse attiecībā uz sociālo darbu ar bērnu tēvu. Pētījuma mērķa sasniegšanai tika veiktas deviņas daļēji strukturētas intervijas ar sociālajiem darbiniekiem. Intervijas tika analizētas, izmantojot tematisko analīzi. Galvenie secinājumi pētījumā atklāja to, ka Kuldīgas novadā sociālajā darbā ar ģimenēm ar bērniem tēvu iesaiste ir vērtējama kā zema, iemesli šādai praksei visbiežāk ir izrietoši no pašu tēvu uzskatiem par sievietes un vīrieša pienākumiem ģimenē.

The subject of the Bachelor's work is fathers' inclusive practice in social work for families with children in the municipality of Kuldiga.” The study aims to explore social work practices for families with children in terms of social work with their children's father. The study is based on the liberal feminist theory, which explains issues of gender inequality. The study analyses the role of fathers in the family and the practice of social working with families with children in terms of social work with the fathers of children. Nine semi-structured interviews with social workers were conducted to achieve the aim of the study. The interviews were analyzed through thematic analysis. The main findings of the study revealed that the involvement of fathers in social work with families with children in the municipality of Kuldiga is considered low, with the reasons for such practice most often stemming from the beliefs of fathers themselves regarding the responsibilities of women and men in the family.
