Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Riska faktori sociālajā darbā ar personām ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem”. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot ar kādiem riska faktoriem saskaras sociālie darbinieki, kuri strādā ar personām ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem un kā tas ietekmē viņu emocionālo un psiholoģisko labklājību, kā arī noskaidrot, kāds atbalsts pieejams un ko vēlētos saņemt, lai mazinātu emocionālo un psiholoģisko noslodzi. Pētījuma aktualitāti raksturo personu ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem pieaugušais skaits sabiedrībā, līdz ar to pieaug klientu skaits sociālajiem darbiniekiem ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem. Šī mērķgrupa ir komplicēta, tāpēc nepieciešams papildus zināšanas un resursu pielietošana no sociālā darbinieka puses, lai sekmīgi spētu palīdzēt. Tas var radīt papildus emocionālo un psiholoģisko slogo. Pētījums liek padziļinātāk izprast sociālo darbinieku riska faktorus un kā tie ietekmē emocionālo stāvokli, tostarp iepazīties, kādu atbalstu līdz šim sociālie darbinieki ir saņēmuši un ko vēlētos saņemt, lai mazinātu risku faktoru ietekmi uz emocionālo stāvokli.

The topic of the Bachelor thesis is "Risk factors in social work with persons with mental disorders." The aim of the work is to find out what risk factors are faced by social workers who work with persons with mental disorders and how this affects their emotional and psychological wellbeing, as well as to find out what support is available for them and what other support would they like to receive to reduce emotional and psychological stress on themselves. The study shows the increased number of persons with mental disorders in society, therefore, the number of clients with mental disorders for social workers are also increasing. This target group is complicated, so additional knowledge and the use of resources is required from social workers in order to be able to help successfully. This can also cause additional emotional and psychological burden on them. The study shows us a deeper understanding of the risk factors faced by employees and how they affect their emotional state, as well as to find out what support social workers have received so far and what more they would like to receive in order to reduce the impact of risk factors on their emotional state.
