Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Māsu stresa riska faktori klientu ar demenci aprūpē sociālās aprūpes centrā”. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt un salīdzināt māsu stresa riska faktorus klientu ar demenci aprūpē privātajā un valsts sociālās aprūpes centrā. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka straujš stresa riska pieaugums darba vietās, it īpaši vispārējām aprūpes māsām, saistībā ar personāla trūkumu, lielu atbildību un apjomīgu darba slodzi. Aprūpējot klientus ar demenci, stresa risks spēj ietekmēt aprūpes kvalitāti, uzvedību, kā arī māsas veselības stāvokli un labklājību. Mazinot vai kontrolējot stresa riska faktorus, ir iespējams uzlabot vispārējās aprūpes māsu pienākumu kvalitāti, attieksmi pret apkārtējo vidi un uzlabot demences klienta dzīves kvalitāti un ilgumu. Pētījumā tika iegūta atbilde uz izvirzīto pētījuma jautājumu - Kādi ir māsu stresa riska faktori klientu ar demenci aprūpē sociālās aprūpes centrā? The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Risk factors for nursing stress in caring for a client with dementia in a social care centre". The work aims to investigate and compare the stress risk factors of nurses in the care of clients with dementia in private and public social care centers. The topicality of the topic is determined by the rapid increase in the risk of stress in the workplace, especially for general care nurses, in connection with the lack of staff, great responsibility, and extensive workload. When caring for clients with dementia, the risk of stress can affect the quality of care, and behavior, as well as the nurse's health status and well-being. By reducing or controlling the stress risk factors, it is possible to improve the quality of the nurse's duties, and attitude towards the surrounding environment, and improve the quality and length of life of the dementia client. The research provided an answer to the research question - What are the stress risk factors of nurses in the care of clients with dementia in a social care center?
