Abstract

“Geriatrijas pacientu aprūpe terapijas nodaļā” Geriatrija ir multidisciplināra aprūpes nozare, kas saistīta ar fiziskajiem, garīgajiem un sociālajiem novecošanas aspektiem. Līdz ar sabiedrības novecošanās procesiem geriatrisku pacientu aprūpe kļūst arvien aktuālāka, tomēr Latvijā šī problēma no aprūpes viedokļa stacionārā ir maz izpētīta. Darbā analizēta māsu pieredze un viedokļi p[ar geriatrisku pacientu aprūpi stacionāra terapijas nodaļā, nosakot galvenos faktorus, kas ietekmē pacienta pozitīvu pašsajūtu un aprūpes procesa kvalitāti kopumā. Pētījuma mērķis: noskaidrot geriatrisku pacientu aprūpi ietekmējošos faktorus terapijas nodaļā. Pētījuma jautājums: kādi faktori ietekmē geriatrisku pacientu aprūpi terapijas nodaļā? Pētījuma uzdevumi: 1. Veikt zinātniskās literatūras apskatu bakalaura darba tēmas ietvaros. 2. Veikt Kari Martinsenas māszinību teorijas analīzi saistībā ar bakalaura darba tēmu. 3. Izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – strukturētu interviju. 4. Veikt pilotpētījumu. 5. Intervēt māsas, apkopot un analizēt iegūtos datus. 6. Izdarīt secinājumus. Pētniecības metode: kvalitatīvs pētījums; datu ieguves instruments – intervija; datu analīzes instruments: kontentanalīze. Pētījuma rezultāti: Geriatrisku pacientu aprūpi ietekmē iekšējie un ārējie faktori, katram no tiem var būt pozitīva vai negatīva ietekme. Starp ārējiem jāmin aprūpes procesā nodrošināšanā individuālā pieeja, komandas darbs; aprūpes pieejamība, ģimenes iesaiste. Komunikācijā svarīgi ir izmantot vieglo valodu, lai paaugstinātu pacienta saprašanas līmeni. Svarīga loma ir organizatoriskajiem faktoriem, personāla skaitam. No iekšējiem faktoriem būtiski ietekmē kognitīvās, funkcionālās izmaiņas, pacienta emocionālo, psiholoģisko vajadzību apmierināšana. "Geriatric patient care in the inpatient therapy department" Geriatrics is a multidisciplinary field of care concerned with the physical, mental and social aspects of aging. Along with the aging of the society, the care of geriatric patients is becoming more and more relevant, however, in Latvia, this problem from the point of view of inpatient care has been little studied. The work analyzes the experience and opinions of nurses regarding the care of geriatric patients in the inpatient therapy department, determining the main factors that affect the patient's positive feeling of well-being and the quality of the care process in general. The purpose of the study: to find out the factors affecting the care of geriatric patients in the therapy department. Research question: What factors influence the care of geriatric patients in the therapy department? Research tasks: (1) Conduct a review of scientific literature within the topic of the bachelor's thesis. (2) Carry out an analysis of Kari Martinsen's theory of nursing in relation to the topic of the bachelor's thesis. (3) Develop a research tool - a structured interview. (4) Conduct a pilot study. (5) Interview nurses, collect and analyze the obtained data. (6) Draw conclusions. Research method: qualitative study; data collection tool – interview; data analysis tool: content analysis. Research findings: Geriatric patient care is influenced by internal and external factors, each of which can have a positive or negative impact. Among the external ones, we should mention the individual approach, team work in the care process; availability of care, family involvement. In communication, it is important to use easy language to increase the patient's level of understanding. Organizational factors and the number of personnel play an important role. Among the internal factors, cognitive, functional changes, satisfaction of the patient's emotional and psychological needs have a significant impact.
