Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Pēcosteosintēzes komplikāciju aprūpe vispārējās aprūpes māsu praksē”. Pētījuma tēmas aktualitāte ir saistīta ar to, ka vispārējās aprūpes māsām ir svarīga loma pacientu aprūpē pēc osteosintēzes komplikācijām, kas rodas pēc šīs ķirurģiskās operācijas. Izvirzītais pētniecības jautājums ir “Kāda ir pēcosteosintēzes komplikāciju aprūpe vispārējās aprūpes māsu praksē?”. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot pēcosteosintēzes komplikāciju aprūpi vispārējo aprūpes māsu praksē. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, tika pielietota kvalitatīva pētījuma metode ar pētniecības instrumentu-interviju. Darba uzdevumi: 1.Analizēt un apkopot informāciju par osteosintēzes operāciju, komplikācijām un pacientu aprūpi 2.Izpētīt un analizēt V.Hendersones aprūpes teoriju 3.Izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu- interviju un veikt pētījumu 4.Veikt, apkopot un analizēt iegūtos rezultātus 5.Izdarīt secinājumus Pētījuma ietvaros, pirmkārt, tika veikta vispārējo māsu aptauja, lai analizētu māsu zināšanas par pacientu aprūpi pēc osteosintēzes komplikācijām un lai noskaidrotu, kāda ir pēcosteosintēzes komplikāciju aprūpe vispārējās aprūpes māsu praksē. Pētījumā rezultātā tika noskaidrots,ka pēcosteosintēzes komplikāciju aprūpe vispārējās aprūpes māsu praksē ietver medikamentozas terapijas izpildi pēc ārsta ordinācijam,brūču aprūpi un pārsiešanu,pacienta izglītošanu un novērošanu,izgulējumu profilaksi,aseptikas principu ievērošanu. The topic of the bachelor thesis is "Management of post-osteosynthesis complications in general practice nursing". The relevance of this topic is related to the fact that general nurses play an important role in the care of patients after osteosynthesis complications that arise after this surgery. The research question is "What is the care of post-osteosynthesis complications in general practice nursing?". The aim of this thesis is to investigate the management of post-osteosynthesis complications in general practice nurses. To achieve the aim, a qualitative research method with a research instrument-interview was applied. Objectives: 1. to analyse and summarise information on osteosynthesis surgery, complications and patient care 2. to investigate and analyse the Henderson theory of care 3. to develop a research instrument - an interview - and to conduct the study 4.To conduct, summarise and analyse the results 5. draw conclusions The study firstly involved a survey of general nurses to analyse nurses' knowledge of patient care after osteosynthesis complications and to find out what the care of post-osteosynthesis complications is in general nursing practice. The study showed that post-osteosynthesis complications care in general practice nursing includes medication therapy as prescribed by the physician, wound care and dressing, patient education and observation, prevention of pressure ulcers, and adherence to aseptic principles.
