Pēcoperācijas aprūpe pacientam ar kohleāro implantu

Abstract

Pētījumā galvenā uzmanība pievērsta specifiskai māsu praksei, ko piemēro pacientiem pēc kohleārās implantācijas. Pētījums ir nozīmīgs, jo tajā analizēts māsu ieguldījums un ietekme uz pacientu atveseļošanās procesu, un dzīves kvalitāti. Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt, kā organizēta un sniegta aprūpe pacientiem, īpašu uzmanību pievēršot māsu praksei pēc operācijas. Mērķis: Izpētīt māsu praksi pēcoperācijas aprūpē pacientiem ar kohleāro implantu. Uzdevumi: 1. Pētīt un analizēt literatūras avotus pēcoperācijas pacientiem ar kohleārajiem implantiem. 2. Pielietot un analizēt Kalistas Rojas adaptācijas modeli teorētiskajiem principiem. 3.Balstoties uz pētījumiem, izstrādāt interviju. Noteikt galvenās tendences un iespējamos uzlabojumus pacientu aprūpē. 4.Apkopot iegūtos datus, analizēt tos un veikt secinājumus. Metodes: Kvalitatīvais pētījums. Rezultāti: Tika identificēti svarīgi māsu prakses aspekti un ieteikumi aprūpes uzlabošanai. Secinājumi: rezultāti ir nozīmīgi ne tikai zinātniskajai sabiedrībai, bet arī praktizējošām māsām, kuras meklē labākus risinājumus pacientu aprūpē pēc kohleārās implantācijas. Darbs veicina izpratni par to, kā uzlabot māsu praksi un pacientu dzīves kvalitāti.

The study focuses on specific nursing practices applied to patients after cochlear implantation. The study is significant because it analyses the contribution and impact of nurses on patient recovery and quality of life. The study aims to investigate how care is organized and delivered to patients, with a particular focus on nursing practice after surgery. Aim: To examine nursing practice in the post-operative care of patients with cochlear implants. Objectives: 1. To research and analyse the literature for post-operative patients with cochlear implants. 2. Apply and analyze Calista Roy's model of adaptation to theoretical principles. 3. Develop an interview based on the research. Identify key trends and potential improvements in patient care. 4. Synthesize ,analyze, and draw conclusions from the data. Methods: Qualitative research, nurse interviews. Results: Important aspects of nursing practice and recommendations for improving care were identified. Conclusions: The findings are relevant to the scientific community and to practicing nurses seeking better solutions for patient care after cochlear implantation. The work contributes to the understanding of how to improve nursing practice and the quality of life of patients.
