Krievijas ārpusparlamenta opozīcijas attīstība Vladimira Putina otrās prezidentūras laikā (2011-2021)

Abstract

Darba mērķis ir konstatēt Krievijas iekšpolitiskās situācijas evolūciju un opozīcijas lomu tajā, laikā no 2011. līdz 2021. gadam. Darbā aplūkoti galvenie notikumi, kas ietekmēja opozīcijas kustības dinamiku, tostarp 2011.-2012.gada protesti, Krimas aneksija 2014.gadā un tai sekojošās represijas pret opozīcijas aktīvistiem un organizācijām. Pētījuma secinājumi liecina, ka, neskatoties uz represijām, opozīcija turpināja pielāgoties un centās legalizēt savu darbību, taču tās panākumus ierobežoja pieaugošās represijas un iedzīvotāju pasivitāte. Nobeigumā tiek uzsvērts, ka Putina izvēle par labu represijām un autoritārismam noteica Krievijas politiskās sistēmas attīstību un pavēra ceļu iebrukumiem Ukrainā 2014. un 2022.gadā.

The aim of the work is to determine the evolution of Russia's domestic political situation and the role of the opposition in it, between 2011 and 2021. The work examines the main events that affected the dynamics of the opposition movement, including the 2011-2012 protests, the annexation of Crimea in 2014 and the subsequent repression against opposition activists and organizations. The findings of the study show that despite the repression, the opposition continued to adapt and tried to legalize its activities, but its success was limited by increasing repression and the passivity of the population. In conclusion, it is emphasized that Putin's choice in favor of repression and authoritarianism determined the development of the Russian political system and paved the way for the invasions of Ukraine in 2014 and 2022.
