Rūpniecības problēmas LPSR mazpilsētās 1958.-1985. gadā: Dobeles piemērs

Abstract

Pēc Latvijas okupēšanas, PSRS uzspieda savu tautsaimniecības modeli, kas paredzēja intensīvu industrializāciju. Tā primāri tika veikta Rīgā, taču, kad industrializācijas smagums galvaspilsētā bija kļuvis nesamērīgs, rūpniecības nozare sāka attīstīties arī mazākās pilsētās. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt Dobeles rūpniecības attīstību laikā no 1958. līdz 1985. gadam caur lielāko pilsētas uzņēmumu prizmu, analizēt šo uzņēmumu un pilsētas savstarpējo simbiozi un noteikt kā un kādas vispārējās rūpniecības problēmas ietekmēja Dobeles rūpniecības procesus. Darba rezultātā iegūts padomju okupācijas laikam raksturīgajai industrializācijai pakļautas Latvijas mazpilsētas portrets un gūts priekšstats par tajā norisušajiem procesiem. After the occupation of Latvia, the USSR imposed its economic model of intensive industrialisation. This was primarily carried out in Riga, but when the weight of industrialisation in the capital became disproportionate, industry began to develop in smaller towns as well. The aim of this paper is to study the industrial development of Dobele between 1958 and 1985 through the prism of the major companies of the city, to analyse the symbiosis between these enterprises and the city and to determine how and which industrial problems affected the industrial processes of Dobele. The result is a portrait of a small Latvian town undergoing the industrialisation characteristic of the Soviet occupation and an insight into the processes that took place there.
