Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir apmierinātības ar darbu novērtējums SIA “Premier Restaurants Latvia” ātrās ēdināšanas restorānu tīklā “Mc Donalds Latvia”. Darba mērķis ir novērtēt darbinieku apmierinātības ar darbu ietekmējošos faktorus SIA “Premier Restaurants Latvia” ātrās ēdināšanas restorānu tīklā “McDonald’s Latvia” un sniegt priekšlikumus apmierinātības ar darbu uzlabošanai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām un 9 apakšnodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā darba autors pēta teorētisko pamatojumu apmierinātībai ar darbu. Otrajā nodaļā darba autors pēta un raksturo uzņēmumu un tā darbību. Trešajā nodaļā darba autors veic aptaujas un intervijas rezultātu apkopojumu un, pamatojoties uz pētījumu rezultātiem un teorētiskajiem aspektiem, sniedz novērtējumu un priekšlikumus. Darba apjoms ir 75 lapaspuses, kuras ietver 26 attēlus un 3 tabulas, kā arī izmantotās literatūras un avotu sarakstu ar 85 avotiem

The topic of the bachelor thesis is Job Satisfaction Assessment in the fast food restaurant chain "Mc Donalds Latvia" of SIA "Premier Restaurants Latvia". The aim of this paper is to evaluate the factors influencing the job satisfaction of employees in the fast food restaurant chain "McDonald's Latvia" and to provide suggestions for job satisfaction improvement. The bachelor thesis consists of 3 chapters and 9 sub-chapters. In the first chapter, the author examines the theoretical underpinnings of job satisfaction. In the second chapter, the author examines and describes the company and its activities. In the third chapter, the author summarises the results of the survey and the interview and, based on the research findings and the theoretical aspects, makes an assessment and proposals. The thesis consists of 75 pages, including 26 figures and 3 tables, as well as a list of 85 references and sources.
