Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir Organizācijas “Maxima Latvija” SIA līderu kompetenču novērtēšana un pilnveides iespējas. Darba mērķis ir novērtēt līdera kompetences un to nozīmi organizācijas procesu vadībā un sniegt priekšlikumus līderu kompetenču novērtēšanas pilnveidei. Bakalaura darbā autore pēta teorētiskos līderu kompetenču novērtēšanas aspektus, jēdzienus par līderību un līderības kompetenču novērtēšanu. Darbā tiek veikts SIA “Maxima Latvija” darbības izvērtējums, interviju ar vadību kontentanalīze un aptaujas datu izvērtējums. Pamatojoties uz iegūtajiem datiem, tiek veikta novērtēšanas kritēriju analīze. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 73 lappusēm, 3 nodaļām, 16 apakšnodaļām, 5 pielikumiem, 13 attēliem, 1 tabulas un 43 literatūras avotiem.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the Assessment of the competences of the leaders of the organisation "Maxima Latvija" SIA. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the leadership competences and their importance in the management of organisational processes and to provide proposals for the improvement of the evaluation of leadership competences. In the bachelor thesis the author studies theoretical aspects of leadership competences assessment, concepts of leadership and leadership competences assessment. The thesis includes an evaluation of the performance of SIA "Maxima Latvija", a counter-analysis of interviews with management and an evaluation of survey data. On the basis of the obtained data, an analysis of the evaluation criteria is carried out. The thesis consists of 73 pages, 3 chapters, 16 subchapters, 5 annexes, 13 figures, 1 tables and 43 references.
