Ārvalstu tiešo investīciju ietekme uz Latvijas ekonomiku laikposmā no 2000. līdz 2023. gadam

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs „Ārvalstu tiešo investīciju ietekme uz Latvijas ekonomiku laikposmā no 2000. līdz 2023. gadam” izstrādāts ar mērķi izpētīt ārvalstu tiešo investīciju (ĀTI) piesaisti un nozīmi uz Latvijas ekonomiku laika posmā no 2000. līdz 2023. gadam. Viens no nozīmīgiem faktoriem, kas nosaka valsts ekonomisko izaugsmi un attīstības līmeni - ir ārvalstu tiešo investīciju ieplūšana, kam ir svarīga loma ražošanas, inovāciju, darbavietu skaita pieaugumā un vietējās rūpniecības attīstības stimulēšanā. Bakalaura darbā autors analizē ĀTI piesaistes tendences un investīciju klimatu Latvijā, kā arī galvenos iemeslus, kas piesaista ārvalstu investorus valstij, un to ieguldījumu valsts ekonomikā. Tiek analizētas investīciju piesaistes ekonomiskās izaugsmes un attīstības veicināšana Latvijā. Balstoties uz statistikas datiem par periodu no 2000. gada līdz 2023. gadam, tiek identificētas Latvijas tautsaimniecības attīstības tendences un likumsakarības tiešo ārvalstu investīciju ietekmē.

The bachelor thesis "The Impact of Foreign Direct Investment on the Latvian Economy in the Period 2000-2023" aims to study the attraction and significance of foreign direct investment (FDI) on the Latvian economy in the period 2000-2023. One of the crucial factors determining the country's economic growth and level of development is the inflow of foreign direct investment, which plays a key role in stimulating production, innovation, job growth and the development of local industry. In the bachelor thesis the author analyses the FDI attraction trends and the investment climate in Latvia, as well as the main reasons that attract foreign investors to the country, who make direct investments in Latvia, and their contribution to the national economy. The paper analyses the contribution of Latvian investment attraction to economic growth and development. Based on statistical data for the period from 2000 to 2023, trends and patterns in the development of the Latvian economy and the impact of foreign direct investment will be identified.
